Mrs. Kassandra Duncan
Mrs. Duncan brings a wealth of diverse educational experiences to Hendrick Middle School. A native Illinoisan, Principal Duncan began her career in education in 1996 before relocating to the area in 2016.
Mrs. Duncan has a steadfast commitment to ensuring that students have access to a safe and supportive environment and high-quality instruction that embeds effective literacy strategies across all content areas. Her experience spans teaching positions in Peoria Public Schools and Frisco ISD, where she taught various elementary and secondary grade levels and implemented the AVID program. For the last eleven years, Mrs. Duncan served as an assistant principal at the secondary level in Frisco and Plano.
Principal Duncan is honored to join the Hendrick Hawk family and is dedicated to upholding our campus mission in the service of our students and their families.

I am honored to serve as the principal of Hendrick Middle School. Middle school is such an exciting and important time in a child’s life. Our goal is to ensure that every student feels safe, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
